Empty-time rule: Final delivery appointment + exactly 3 hours. When there are multiple assigned loads, show the final delivery after the last booked load, not an earlier delivery before a reload. No device GPS or route ETA is used.
Time zones: Appointments with an explicit offset keep that instant. A date/time without an offset is interpreted in the delivery city’s local time zone. Check this interpretation against the original appointment before publishing. Missing, ambiguous or invalid times are never guessed.
Colors: Red ≤12 hours; yellow >12–48 hours; green >48 hours. Passed estimates stay red with “Estimate passed — confirm,” never “Empty now.” Gray means missing schedule or unavailable equipment. Source data and colors refresh about once a minute.
